Among the main differences and features of this direction are:

1. Communications are not just open to prying eyes. They are part of the interior composition. This applies to pipelines, electrical wiring, and communication elements.

2. Exposed concrete and brickwork are also included in the interior ensemble of the room. In some cases, the brick does not even undergo additional preparation or processing.

3. The finishing of the main interior structures is done superficially with emphasized negligence.

4. The total volume of the room is kept free. A minimum set of functional purposes is used as equipment. There are no partitions or light walls; only the zoning of the internal space is preserved.

5. A large glazing area is maintained. Instead of curtains and curtains, blinds made in the appropriate style are used.

To create a design composition in this direction, you should follow several rules:
